The American Institute for Managing Diversity, Inc. & The Atlanta Large Law Firm Diversity Alliance are pleased to announce the diversity management educational program designed specifically for law firm leaders and other law firm lawyers with managerial responsibilities.
 
Through the Institute’s Diversity Leadership Academy®, the program is being offered nationwide to both mid-size and large law firms.

Program Summary:

• The program consists of two consecutive class sessions.  

• Class session begins with an introduction to key diversity management concepts. 

• Class session two is a day of experiential learning, practice and diversity management skill(s) development.

• CLE credits will be available (Georgia).

• The course content includes case studies and scenarios designed for law firm leaders, interactive classroom lectures and discussions, videotapes and allegories, and more.
