DLA focuses on providing society’s leaders with leading-edge diversity management capability, helping them build skills that will promote an improved public dialogue and quality decisions about diversity.
Community Leaders Fellowship Program 
A workshop for cross-section of leaders of government, education, religion, nonprofit and business. This program is designed to bring together the leaders of diverse organizations within a local community.
Corporate Executive Series
A national workshop for senior executives from multiple, for-profit organizations. This program emphasizes the Strategic Diversity Management process and develops leadership capabilities to address not only traditional workforce diversity mixtures and issues but also non-traditional mixtures such as union/management; brand/product portfolio and functional integration.
Associations & Affiliate Leadership Series
A workshop that brings together affiliates of a community-of-interest, such as an association.
Eleraffe University - Youth Leadership Program
A youth leadership development program for University freshmen. This program is targeted at college freshmen at the completion of their freshman year. The program is designed for specific relevance to young people, and is conducted as a one-week workshop on a college campus. Participants are invited at no cost.
Diversity Forums
A workshop for special “communities of interest,” such as a company and its suppliers and customers. This program serves “communities of interest,” such as long-term business partners and nonprofits with structural relationships, that want to create a forum for exposure to thought leaders and best practice sharing.
