Overview of Capstone Projects

About Learning Circles:

Learning Circles are formed when Fellows in the Academy work together on diversity related issues in the community. Using the Giraffe & Elephant Model of Diversity Management, each group identifies a diversity issue in the Metropolitan Atlanta area, evaluates the diversity challenges and opportunities present and suggests action options that might be applied to enhance the effective diversity management of the various perspectives involved.
